How we implement Six Sigma

Working with the Goldmark brand of Six Sigma offers a distinct advantage above other Six Sigma training companies.

Clients have told us that four weeks is too long to have their key resources off site for training. We've developed a schedule that successfully achieves a high standard of instruction and training content:

• Black Belt Training  - 3 sessions (with a total of 9 days)
• Green Belt Training - 2 sessions (with a total of 7 days)

Many of our smaller to mid-size clients don't have enough Black Belt candidates to justify a training program dedicated to the Black Belts. We've developed an approach that allows our clients to cost effectively train their Black Belts and Green Belts in joint sessions.
 
This approach aids the client when their Black Belt and Green Belt candidates are paired up to work together on a project.
